Our agreement with you

1. Acceptance

When you use ApnaQarz, you agree to follow these simple rules. These rules are a binding agreement between you and us.

2. What we do

We give interest-free loans (Qarz-e-Hasna) to families in Pakistan. Every loan we give is 100% interest-free.

3. Who can apply

To get a loan, you must:

• Be a citizen of Pakistan
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid CNIC and mobile number
• Have a way to repay the loan

4. How to apply

The process is simple:

1. Submit form: Give us your basic info.
2. Send documents: Send your CNIC and bill on WhatsApp.
3. We check: Our team looks at your details.
4. Get money: Once approved, we send the cash to your bank.

5. Rules for the loan

5.1 Truly Interest-Free

We never charge interest. You only pay back what you borrow.

5.2 Paying us back

You agree to pay back on time. If you cannot pay, please talk to us so we can help.

5.3 Small processing fee

We charge a small one-time fee to cover our work. This is not interest.

6. Your Job

You agree to:

• Tell us the truth in your form
• Use the money for the reason you told us
• Pay us back on time
• Follow the law

7. Shariah Rules

We follow Islamic rules:

• No Riba: We never charge interest.
• Qarz-e-Hasna: We help those in need with kindness.
• Transparency: We hide nothing from you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ApnaQarz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of the loan in question
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials
• We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our services. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, but any outstanding loan obligations remain in effect.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute arising from these terms or our services:

1. Informal Resolution: Parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, the dispute may be referred to mediation
3. Legal Action: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Pakistan

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the ApnaQarz website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ApnaQarz or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
