All loans provided through our platform are 100% interest-free and operate in accordance with Islamic finance principles.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To apply for a loan through ApnaQarz, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be a citizen of Pakistan
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Hold a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)
• Have a valid Pakistani mobile phone number
• Have a verifiable source of income or means of repayment
• Not be an undischarged bankrupt or insolvent
• Not have any outstanding defaults with other financial institutions

4. Loan Application Process

The loan application process involves the following steps:

1. Application Submission: Complete the eligibility form with accurate personal and financial information.
2. Document Verification: Submit required documents for identity and income verification.
3. Eligibility Assessment: Our team reviews your application and verifies the information provided.
4. Decision: You will be notified of the decision regarding your loan application.
5. Disbursement: Upon approval, the loan amount is disbursed to your designated bank account.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion without providing reasons for rejection.

5. Loan Terms and Conditions

5.1 Interest-Free Nature

All loans provided by ApnaQarz are strictly interest-free (Qarz-e-Hasna). No interest, markup, or hidden charges are applied to the principal amount. The borrower is only required to repay the exact amount borrowed.

5.2 Repayment Obligations

Borrowers agree to repay the loan according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in:

• Reminders and follow-up communications
• Reports to credit bureaus
• Legal action for recovery
• Ineligibility for future loans

5.3 Processing Fee

A one-time administrative processing fee may be charged to cover documentation and verification costs. This fee is not interest and is clearly disclosed before loan disbursement.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Update your information promptly if any changes occur
• Use the loan amount for the stated purpose only
• Make repayments according to the agreed schedule

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ApnaQarz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of the loan in question
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials
• We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our services. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, but any outstanding loan obligations remain in effect.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute arising from these terms or our services:

1. Informal Resolution: Parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, the dispute may be referred to mediation
3. Legal Action: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Pakistan

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the ApnaQarz website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ApnaQarz or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

13. Changes to Terms
